Fujian Changyuan Textile Co., Ltd. entered 2019 with full confidence in completing the 2018 annual production and operation plan with high quality exceeding the target and actively promoting the technical upgrading and transformation project of intelligent and automatic spinning demonstration production line.
At the beginning of the new year, Changyuan Textile actively implemented the spirit of the economic work conference held by the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the "Several Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Private Enterprises", in order to ensure the increase in production and efficiency during the "two festivals" period, to ensure the variety and quality of 2019, Brand, output value, profit, tax and other major high-quality development indicators, by going up one flight of stairs, all cadres and employees of the company, while the production in the 8 workshops is running normally, the progress of the technology upgrading and renovation project of the intelligent and automatic spinning demonstration production line in the 9th workshop has been comprehensively promoted. As of January 4, the demonstration production line has entered the installation and renovation stage one after another from the process links of flower cleaning, carding, drawing, roving, spinning, winding, packaging, air conditioning, air pressing, dust filtering, experimental testing, etc. According to the overall project plan, the demonstration production line will realize the intelligent, automatic and information-based production of the whole process of combing, coarse and fine connection, fine yarn collection, fine AGV laser navigation connection and data integration, reaching the domestic advanced level.
