Changyuan Textile is located in Changle Airport Economic Zone, Fuzhou New District, Fujian Province. When you come to the company, the first thing you see is the brand logo of large LED "Changyuan Textile". The music fountain, mountain rock waterfall, small bridge and flowing water in front of the company's building square complement each other with various flowers and green plants. You seem to come to a scenic garden with fresh air and pleasant scenery. Obviously, the company's overall environment after careful environmental planning and green conservation. We walked along the broad, clean factory avenue, lined with uniform umbrella-shaped banyan trees. Between the living area and the production area, the road in the production area and the workshop is a long and orderly green belt, dotted with a variety of subtropical native plants. In such an environment, people and factories, factories and greenery are integrated. When we walked into the production workshop with the brand of "Green Manufacturing Demonstration Workshop", we saw a bright spot. Hundreds of spinning equipment were arranged in the workshop according to the technical process. On the top floor of the workshop stood an industrial 5G network base station, providing network technical services with the characteristics of ultra-high network speed, ultra-low delay and ultra-large connection for Changyuan Textile Green Manufacturing, the computer screen in the main control room of the production workshop turns over the integrated data such as variety, output, quality and energy consumption. The automatic track in the workshop and the AGV automatic navigation fleet on the ground cross each other to form the internal logistics of the workshop, continuously transporting the semi-finished products in the production process, and accurately docking between the spinning process flow. With the high-speed operation of the spinning machine spindle, the roving roll is magically drawn into a yarn as fine as silk as white as silk, the winding machine automatically wraps the yarn into a bobbin yarn product, and the automatic packaging machine manipulator can easily and efficiently complete the packaging operation of bobbin yarn product ......, the intensive labor and labor of the textile industry in the traditional concept of "thousands of people yarn, ten thousand people cloth" and the dirty and messy production environment of cotton wool fibers are completely overturned, the green manufacturing textile production line presents the application scenarios of automation, informatization, data and intelligence. Moreover, the air, ground and machine of the workshop are clean and tidy, which makes people feel deeply.

In recent years, Changyuan Textile has firmly established and practiced the concept that green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains, insisting on starting from the harmlessness of raw materials, and continuously promoting the iterative upgrading of main products and green sustainable development. In accordance with the requirements of the national "General Principles for Evaluation of Green Factories" (GB/T 36132-2018) and "General Principles for Evaluation of Ecological Design Products" (GB/T 32161-2015), Changyuan Technology Research and Development Center systematically considers the impact of various links such as the selection, production, sales, use, recycling, treatment and degradation of textile raw materials on resources and environment in the product design and research stage, strive to reduce resource consumption to a greater extent in the whole life cycle of the product, use as little or no raw materials containing toxic and harmful substances as possible, and reduce the generation and discharge of pollutants. Changyuan textile preferred domestic lyocell new environmental protection fiber as the main raw material, through the compact siro spinning innovative technology, processing and production of "lyocell staple fiber yarn-functional green environmental protection series products", through the Uster company textile quality inspection agency, the national textile and clothing product quality supervision and inspection center and Fujian province fiber inspection center inspection, the technical quality indicators show the characteristics of high quality yarn products, it has the characteristics of strip dry CV value, coarse joints, good detail index, high single yarn strength, compact structure, good abrasion resistance, less hairiness and so on. The fabric made through weaving, dyeing and finishing processes has the comfort of cotton, the strength of polyester, the luxurious beauty of wool fabric and the soft and skin-friendly quality of high-grade simulation silk fabric, the products have successively won the "China Cotton Textile Industry High-quality Yarn-dyed Fabric Yarn Boutique Award", "China Textile Industry Product Development Contribution Award", "The 6th China Top Ten Textile Technology Application Demonstration Award" and "2020/2021 China Yarn Fashion Trend Products" and other national industry awards. These achievements are due to the preferred application of domestic lyocell new environmental protection fiber. This new environmental protection fiber is a green regenerated cellulose fiber produced by N-methyl morpholine oxide solvent spinning method with wood pulp, bamboo pulp, reed pulp and other lignin pulp derived from nature as raw materials. The solvent medium recovery rate in the production process can reach 99.5, and there is basically no harmful substance emission and no pollution to the environment, made into yarn, fabric until the end product application process, through light, oxidation can be completely natural degradation back to nature, the whole process forms a closed cycle, from raw materials harmless to the product life cycle to achieve environmental protection. The key technology of design and manufacture of all climate hot and humid comfortable yarn, developed by blending new environmental protection fiber of lyocell and other high quality fibers, won the second prize of China textile science and technology progress award.

Energy saving and emission reduction is the core link in the establishment and operation of green factories. Shi Songwei, a senior engineer of the company, said that in recent years, Changyuan Textile has introduced advanced high-efficiency and low-energy spinning complete sets of equipment at home and abroad for new project construction, and insisted on promoting energy-saving and emission reduction technological transformation in all aspects. Obvious results have been achieved: energy-saving technological transformation of production workshop buildings for lighting, winter heat preservation and summer heat dissipation, obtaining the national utility model patent authorization for energy-saving textile factory building; Implementation of frequency conversion speed regulation technology transformation for the main energy-using equipment in spinning engineering; More than 1,000 spinning machines and nearly 200 roving machines have been transformed into energy-saving fans. Through the construction of MES production and manufacturing execution system based on PROFIBUS industrial bus technology, the energy consumption monitoring and management of single units is realized. The transformation of fuel oil holding car operation into clean energy electric holding car operation; Construction of spinning process waste heat recovery system, the waste heat of the production process is converted into 24-hour uninterrupted domestic hot water supply in the living area through the heat energy recovery device. During the spinning production process, fiber flying flowers and yarn tail scraps are recycled, which not only reduces emissions but also turns waste into treasure.
