Fujian Changyuan Textile Co., Ltd. presided over the China textile industry science and technology guidance project "all climate hot and humid comfortable yarn design and manufacturing key technology", recently won the "China's top ten textile science and technology · industry promotion award" and the third prize of Fujian science and technology progress.
"Key Technology of Design and Manufacture of All-Climate Hot-Moisture Comfortable Yarn" belongs to the field of cotton textile science and technology. The project is based on the dynamic model of wicking of fiber assembly and the dynamic model of hollow fiber melt spinning. Through tackling key problems of optimization design technology of high moisture conductivity fiber and blended yarn and flexible carding technology, a new mode of functional yarn design and development has been established, the industrialized preparation of spring, summer, autumn and winter hot and humid comfortable yarn and fabric products blended with hydrophilic hollow microporous modified polyester fiber and cotton, lyocell and other green fibers has been realized.
